Procedure
| # | Step | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Source acquisition | Download from the operator domain; record the URL, time and HTTP response. |
| 2 | File identification | Record file name, size, and APK vs split format. |
| 3 | Hash calculation | sha256sum on the untouched file. |
| 4 | Signature verification | apksigner verify --print-certs; record the certificate SHA-256 and compare with the prior version. |
| 5 | Manifest extraction | aapt2 dump badging: package, versionCode/Name, min/target SDK. |
| 6 | Permission analysis | aapt2 dump permissions; diff against the previous build. |
| 7 | Android compatibility | Inspect lib/ ABIs; install on each test device. |
| 8 | Installation | Fresh install and update-over-previous on a physical device. |
| 9 | Application testing | Launch, registration, login, navigation; screenshot each step. |
| 10 | Performance testing | Cold-start time over 5 launches; crashes during a 30-minute session. |
| 11 | Security checks | Multi-engine malware scan; Play Protect result. |
| 12 | Sportsbook testing | Odds comparison on identical markets with timestamps. |
| 13 | Payment testing | Real deposit/withdrawal where lawful; record timing. |
| 14 | Review process | A second person checks every value against raw evidence. |
| 15 | Publication | Update the central application record; pages render from it. |
Evidence object
Every fact is stored with: fact, value, source, source type, date checked, market, version, verification status, reviewer, notes. Pages read from this one record, so different pages never show different versions.
Update policy
A new version triggers: download → SHA-256 → package → manifest → compare permissions, SDK, certificate and ABI → install → test launch → test critical features → update the version page, homepage and structured data → archive the previous version → record the test date.
Editorial rules
- No "safe", "secure", "best" or "fast" without the check, comparison or measurement behind it.
- Operator claims are labelled as operator-stated; user complaints as third-party reports.
- Dates are never updated without updating the evidence.
- If a statement could have been copied from MelBet's website, it needs verification, measurement, comparison or an explanation of uncertainty.
