MelBet Payments: Deposits & Withdrawals in the App
We opened the cashier in MelBet app 258.05 on an Android 14 device and mapped how money moves in and out of an account. Below, what we saw ourselves is labelled Observed . Rules, limits and times from MelBet are labelled separately, because the method list changes by country.

Payment rules to know before your first deposit
- Same method in and out. You must withdraw to the method you deposited with. If you used several, the payout is split in proportion to each deposit.
- Deposits are for betting. Each deposit must be wagered at least once at odds of 1.10+ . Opposite bets in roulette, baccarat, craps or dice do not count.
- Only your own accounts. Payments from someone else's card or wallet can be returned to that owner without warning.
- One account per person. Multi-accounting or fake documents can void bets and block the account for up to 2 months.
- Verification. MelBet can ask for your name, date of birth and ID at any time. Winnings are held until details match. Some payment systems need checks that may take up to 180 days.
- Fees. MelBet normally covers payment-system fees; Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals carry no MelBet commission.
- 24/7 processing , and only one withdrawal can be pending at a time.

How to deposit in the MelBet app
- Log in and tap the "+" next to your balance (top left). Alternatively: Menu → Deposit → Make a deposit .
- Tap "Types of payment systems" to filter: Recommended, All methods, Payment cards, E-wallets, Payment systems, Cryptocurrency, Game items.
- Pick a method, enter an amount within its minimum/maximum and follow the on-screen steps.
- Cards, e-wallets and crypto normally credit instantly; some banks take minutes to hours; bank transfers take 1–3 business days.

How to withdraw
- Open Withdraw funds from the account menu.
- Pick the method you deposited with.
- Enter payout details and an amount above the method's minimum, then confirm.
- First withdrawal: expect an ID check (passport or national ID, sometimes proof of payment). For a first cash withdrawal, passport details must match your documents exactly.
A withdrawal can be refused at a betting shop when the account was funded only electronically, or if deposits were not wagered.

Checking your transaction history
- App: Menu → Other → Account management → deposit and withdrawal history.
- Mobile web: profile icon (top right) → My account → Transaction history.
Keep the transaction ID from this screen. Support asks for it first in any payment dispute.
Deposit problems and fixes
